Letuška – How can I buy a flight ticket at www.letuska.cz with a voucher from cestuj.pluxee.cz?
Choose your desired ticket, make a reservation and select the payment option at the branch. Afterwards, send an email with your reservation number and voucher number to letenky@letuska.cz
. You will receive an invoice for the amount remaining after applying the voucher. After you pay the difference, the flight ticket will be yours.

Letuška – Why do I have to buy an accommodation voucher with my flight ticket voucher?
Leisure benefits are tax advantaged. Their use is therefore governed by current legislation, which states that travel must include accommodation. Letenky samostatně z volnočasových benefitů zakoupit nelze. For this reason, it’s necessary to buy an accommodation voucher in addition to the flight ticket, so that the entire purchase can be classified as travel from the legislative point of view.
Letuška - how to proceed when buying a ticket from the “Low-cost“ carriers?
For carriers that are considered “Low-cost“, please check in advance at www.letuska.cz,
whether it is possible to book tickets online. This is because the carrier may require you to book such tickets directly at the Letuska office (immediate payment by card or cash), as the price of these carriers changes quickly.
BeRider – For how long is the voucher valid?
The voucher itself is valid until 1 August 2022. As soon as you enter you voucher into the application, the minutes you purchased won’t be subject to expiration and you can use them any time you like.
BeRider – Can I use more than one voucher?
Yes! You can use as many vouchers as you like.
BeRider – Can I give the voucher to someone as a gift?
Yes. The voucher is not linked to a name. However, the unique code can only be used once.

eHotel – How can I use my voucher?
To redeem your voucher, all you have to do is enter the code during the last step of the booking process. In the booking summary, enter the code in the „Use a voucher“ (Uplatnit poukaz) field, which can be found under Payment method (Způsob platby) in the middle column. After entering the code, the total price will be automatically reduced by the value of the voucher. If you make a booking for less than the value of the voucher, the remaining funds will stay on your voucher and you can use them for your next purchase. If you the price of your booking exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the difference with benefit points, another voucher, or with money. You can choose the accommodation from a network of hotels in the Czech Republic using the search engine on the website or from other booking and travel sites. The voucher, or Gift Voucher, can be used for all products provided by the eHotel company. The voucher can be used repeatedly until its value is exhausted.
eHotel – How can I make a reservation through booking.com?

Yes, you can, but only one voucher per rental can be used.

Due to current legislation, buying a car rental voucher at cestuj.pluxee.cz is only possible in combination with an accommodation voucher, so that the whole purchase can be classified as travel.

1) Choose the vehicle you like a driveto.cz/flexibilni-pronajem
. To send the enquiry, click on the „Mám zájem“ (I’m interested) button.
2) Fill in the enquiry form and enter the promo code your received by email in the Comments field.
3) We will give you a call and discuss everything. The whole procedure will be carried out online. You can even sign the contract on your mobile phone.
4) You can pick up your vehicle in Karlín in Prague or we can deliver it to you upon request.
5) You can use your car for as long as you like – a couple of months or a few years. Let us take care of all the worries and simply enjoy yourself!

The voucher is portable, so it can be used by anyone who knows the unique voucher code.
